The Football Rivalries blog was made by Dan Briard and Josh Palmer as part of our ongoing Sports Journalism university degree.

We were tasked with creating a website of our choosing and football derbies was a topic we both held an interest in.

The aim is to interest you, the reader, and give a detailed account of some of the best derbies in the UK.
